Climbing Training

Traditionally climbers have trained for climbing by simply climbing and bouldering a lot. However the game has begun to change, and the benefits of sport specific training are becoming evident as more and more climbers are pushing into the 12s and 13s. These grades are no longer something reserved only for the worlds most elite climbers.

At Irrational we are dedicated to giving people the gains in strength, flexibility, gripping power, and overal muscular endurance that they need to break into these harder, and rewarding climbs. Our mixture of advanced training techniques and rehab allows climbers to train to their maximal potential while ensuring that there is no lasting damage to tendons or ligiments.
